　　　　　企業如何導入資訊科技是資訊管理重要的研究課題之一，本研究係從組織變革的觀點探討影響企業導入資訊科技成效之重要因素。本研究係修正 Kwon & Zmud (1987) 提出的資訊科技導入組織的研究模式，建構了一個影響企業導入資訊科技成效的研究模式，利用該模式吾人可以探討影響企業導入資訊科技成效之重要因素。本研究採用文獻探討的方式歸納與整理影響企業導入資訊科技成效之相關文獻，其中資料來源為 1981 至 1996 年期間有關資訊管理研究之重要學術期刊包括MIS Quarterly、Journal of Management Information Systems、Management Science Information Systems Research 等合計二十二種。根據本研究的結果發現大部份的研究側重於影響導入資訊科技成效三因素的研究，它包括『個人因素』、『組織結構因素』與『技術因素』等；其中個人因素的『角色參與』與『接受改變的意願』，組織結構因素的『正式化』，技術因素的『導入方式』，以及政治與文化因素的『資訊政治』是被大部分文獻列入研究的重點項目。另一方面，有關企業導入資訊科技的研究方法以實證研究（調查法與個案研究法）為主，而『P策略因素』及『政治及文化因素』對企業導入資訊科技成效的影響是一個具有發展潛力的重要研究課題。
