題名:運動強度和持續時間對恢復期能量消耗的影響

     本研究主要目的是比較運動期能量消耗相等情況下,不同的運動強度和持續時間 ,對恢復期能量消耗與乳酸濃度之差異。 以自願參與本實驗的國立臺北師範學院男大學生 10 名為受試者( Age=23.4 ± 1.1yrs; Ht=172.9 ± 6.1cm;Wt=64.3 ± 11.8kg; VO �� max=40.5 ± 3.5ml/kg/min ),分別在 50% 與 70%VO �� max 強度踏車直到能量消耗至 170 Kcal 為止, 其持續時間分別約為 33 與 22 分鐘,測量運動後恢復期能量消耗及血乳酸之差異,所得結果如下: 一、在 50%VO �� max × 33 min 與 70%VO �� max × 22min 的踏車運動後恢後期, 能量 消耗分別為 9.89 ± 2.89 與 15.03 ± 4.89 Kcal, 經 t 考驗後, 有差異存在( P<.05 )。 二、在 50%VO �� man × 33min 與 70%VO �� max × 22min 的踏車運動後恢復期 0、5 和 30 分鐘, 血乳酸濃度分別為 3.38 ± 2.07 vs 10.51 ± 4.1 3、 2.46 ± 1.20 vs 9.43 ± 4.18、1.74 ± 0.76 vs 3.98 ± 2.10 mmol/L, 經 t 考驗後,皆有差異存在( P<.05 )。 由以上結果,本研究可獲得以下結論: 在運動期能量相等情況下,高運動強度是影響恢復期能量消耗的重要因素,排除乳酸是可能 原因之一。
     The purpose of this study was to compare the different exercise intensities and durations while using the same amount of energy during an exercise period to determine the effect on energy consumption and lactic acid concentrations during the recovery period. We enrolled 10 nale college student volunteers from the National Taipei Teachers' College (Age=23.4±1.1yrs; Ht=173.9±6.1cm; Wt=64.3±11.8 kg; VO�痂ax=400.5±3.5ml/kg/min). The subjects rid on the cycle ergometer at 50%and 70% VO�痂ax until the energy used was 170 Kcal, for continuous periods of 33 and 22 minutes, respectively. After exercise, the subjects' energy consumption during the recovery period and blood lactic acid concentrations were measured. The results were as follows: 1) During the recovery period following cycle ergometer exercise at 50% VO�痂ax × 33 min and 70% VO�痂ax × 22 min the energy consumption values were 9.89±2.89 and 15.03±4.89 Kcale. The t- testing showed a significant difference (p<.05). 2) At 50%VO�痂ax × 33 min and 70% VOmax × 22 min cycle ergometer exercise, at 0,5 and 30 minutes during the recovery period, the blood lactic acid concentrations were 3.38±2.07 vs. 10.50±4.13, 2.46±1.20 vs. 9.43±4.18, 1.74±0.76 vs 3.98±2.10mmol/L. The t- tests showed a significant difference in all (p<.05). The results indicate that under similar energy expending conditions during an exercise period, the intensity of exercise is the main factor affecting energy consumption during the recovery period; elimination of lactic acid is a possible cause.
