     肉鹼(carnitine)在耐力型運動之能量利用方面估相當重要的角色,它位於粒腺 體膜上,幫助運送長鏈脂肪酸進入粒腺體內,增加細胞對脂肪的代謝利用,提昇脂肪酸被氧 化的比率。研究指出補充肉鹼可增進有氧蓮勤表現:然而有部分研究卻持否走看法。故本文 旨在說明肉鹼之作用機轉及其生化代謝上的主要功效,並進一步探討補充肉鹼對運動表現的 影響。同時提供對營養增補劑有興趣之讀者參考。
     The carnitine located at the membrane of mitochondria. It takes in hand fatty acid oxidization to rise cellular fat metabolism. Some papers indicated that the carnitine might improve the exercise performance. The purpose of this article is to understand the relationship between the cami-tine and exercise performance.
