　　　　　在行為科學(behavioral science)問題上進行單因子變異數分析的研究，有時候會 出現母群體不為常態分配或未知是否每個母群體的變異數均相等之情形。例如：於本校 八十六、八十七學年度歷次期中考、期末考中，比較作者所任教五專的企管科二年甲班、商 文科二年甲班、商文科二年乙班之數學成績是否相等。 Wilcox(1995) 提出 k 個母群體的修整平均數 (trimmedme means) 均齊性 (homogeneity) 檢定較傳統方法穩健 (robust)。 本文將採取此法討論三個班級數學成績是 否相等；若拒絕虛無假設 (null hypothesis)，則進一步比較出這三班修整平均數的大小關 係。 亦將採取 Kruskal-Wallis 等級 (rank) 檢定討論三個班級教學成績是否相等， 並和 Wilcox(1995) 的方法之結果比較。
