題名：中學生大五人格特質對心理健康的影響：手機成癮傾向的中介作用和手機使用動機的調節作用

基于人類發展的生態學理論、媒體的使用及滿足理論,結合已有相關研究成果,探討手機成癮傾向在大五人格特質與心理健康之間的中介作用,以及手機使用動機的調節作用。被試為604名中學生,研究工具包括中國大五人格問卷簡版、手機成癮傾向量表、手機使用動機問卷和SCL-90心理癥狀自評量表。研究結果顯示:(1)中學生手機成癮傾向在大五人格特質(神經質、嚴謹性、宜人性、開放性)與心理健康之間起部分中介作用。(2)手機使用動機在大五人格特質(神經質、嚴謹性、開放性)對手機成癮傾向的影響中發揮著調節作用,即相對于手機使用動機弱的中學生,中介作用對于手機使用動機強的中學生更顯著。研究結果有利于從發展系統理論不同亞系統及其相互作用的視角理解大五人格特質"如何"以及"何時"影響中學生心理健康,有助于學校、家庭、社會對中學生進行手機成癮傾向和心理健康問題的預防干預研究。
