[目的/意義]從大數據時代下數據管理的復雜性出發,探討數據管理的新特征和提升數據管理能力的主要策略。[方法/過程]以數據管理成熟度模型為理論基礎,論述了大數據時代下數據管理從結果派到過程派的理念變革,即管理對象從后端管理到全生命周期管理,管理目標從數據管理向數據治理。結合現狀,分析大數據管理面臨的數據戰略的確定與應用數據邊界不明,潛在價值巨大與處理分析技術滯后,數據的分析應用與數據的安全及隱私等主要矛盾。[結果/結論]對于大數據時代下數據管理能力的提升可從需求、技術、措施及目標4個層面開展。

[Purpose / significance] From the complexity of data management in the era of big data,this paper explores new features of data management and main strategies to enhance data management capabilities. [Method / process] Based on the theory of data management maturity model, the paper discusses the changes in the ideas of data management: from result-oriented to process-oriented, namely changing the management object from backend management to whole life cycle management and management goals from data management to data governance. Combined with the current situation, the paper analyzes the major contractions between a clear data strategy and unknown boundary of application data,the great potential value of data and lagging data analysis techniques, data applications and data security and privacy. [Result / conclusion] The enhancement of data management capabilities can be carried out from the levels of demand, technologies, measures and goals in the big data era.
