基于知識是關系和過程,而不僅僅是實體和結果的哲學認識論基礎,文章利用CiteSpace信息可視化軟件,從ISI Web of Science和CNKI數據庫中遴選出5000余條數據,進行共詞分析與聚類分析,從知識是關系和過程的視角對知識管理領域的文獻進行可視化綜述分析。文章的研究目的是分析知識過程領域的研究主題,彌補信息管理領域學者對此領域的長期忽視。研究內容包括:1對10個典型的知識過程的研究現狀、發展趨勢以及各國的研究重點進行分析,包括知識組織、知識集成、知識重用、知識轉移、知識保護、知識吸收、知識流動、知識獲取、知識共享和知識創新;2通過聚類遴選出5個熱門知識過程,對其子主題進行分析,涵蓋知識吸收、知識獲取、知識轉移、知識創新和知識共享。
Based on the philosophical epistemology that knowledge is a relationship and process rather than an object and result, by using Cite Space information visualization software, this paper makes the co-word analysis and cluster analysis of over 5000 pieces of data retrieved from databases of ISI Web of Science and CNKI. At the same time, from the perspective that knowledge is a relationship and process, the paper makes a visualized analysis and summary of the literature in the field of knowledge management. The aims of the study are to analyze the research topics in knowledge processes and make up for the long-term neglect of this field by information management scholars. The study includes two parts. First, the current situations,development trends of ten typical knowledge processes and research focuses in different countries, including knowledge organization, knowledge integration,knowledge reuse, knowledge transfer, knowledge protection, knowledge absorption, knowledge flow, knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation are analyzed. Second, the subtopics of five hot knowledge processes, including knowledge absorption, knowledge acquisition,knowledge transfer, knowledge creation and knowledge sharing are analyzed.
