[Purpose/significance] This paper aims to compare the evaluation effects of academic trace and Altmetrics score, F1000 score, quantity of Comment papers for single publication. [Method/process] Published articles about medical informatics and diabetes mellitus in 2012 are retrieved in Pub Med. Altmetrics score, F1000 score, total citation, Comment numbers and 5year impact factor (5IF) are extracted. The paper examines the correlation of indicators by Spearman rank correlation analysis.[Result/conclusion]57 articles about medical informatics and 60 articles about diabetes mellitus were published,recommended by F1000 and commented in 2012. The academic traces of the samples are correlated to the Altmetrics score and the number of comment papers, but have no correlation with the F1000 score. All the indicators of single publication influence are significant, independent and complementary to each other with different emphases.
