[目的/意義]從情感和認知兩個方面共同討論移動圖書館用戶滿意度的影響模型,可以為移動圖書館服務質量改進提供科學依據。[方法/過程]基于文獻調研,建立測評量表、移動圖書館使用情感對用戶滿意度的假設模型。采用問卷調研方法,使用AMOS工具對假設模型進行驗證。[結果/結論]研究假設模型基本成立。認知因素和情感因素都是影響用戶滿意度的因素,且用戶的認知因素與情感因素互為影響。[局限]數據樣本主要來源于高校移動圖書館用戶,模型在其他類型用戶中的適用性還有待于進一步驗證。
[Purpose/significance] This paper provides a scientific basis for the improvement of mobile library service quality by discussing the influence model of mobile library user satisfaction from the aspects of emotion and cognition. [Method/process]Based on literature research,the paper establishes an evaluation scale and a hypothesis model of emotions of using mobile library to users' satisfaction. With survey investigation,the paper verifies the hypothesis model by using AMOS tool. [Result/conclusion]The hypothesis model is basically feasible. Both emotion and cognition are factors of influencing users' satisfaction for mobile library,and these two factors influence each other. [Limitations] The samples of users are mainly from the mobile library users of universities,and the applicability of the model to other users of mobile library needs to be further verified.
