[Purpose/significance] This paper analyzes users' information acceptance behavior of government new media,identifies the key influencing factors,and optimizes and guides users' information acceptance behavior in order to provide a theoretical basis and references for operations and promotion of government new media.[Method/process] First of all,by referring to IAM model and combining with the characteristics of government new media,the paper analyzes the information acceptance behavior of users.Then,the key factors affecting users' adoption of information are identified by literature review and DEMATEL.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.[Result/conclusion] The users' information acceptance is divided into stages of information search and integration,information selection and evaluation,absorption and utilization of users and users' behavior after adoption.The key factors influencing the adoption of users' information acceptance behavior include information service quality,reputation and influence,users' cognitive level,expertise of government information,information organization effectiveness,government functional integrity,media influence,and users' expectations.
