As China's issue of National Intelligence Law draws great attention in domestic intelligence circle and academic field of Information Science,this paper expounds the author's own opinion,and discusses how to understand and evaluate China's scientific and technical information( STI) service and how to develop STI service in big data era. At the same time,the paper also shows some reflections on the development paths of China's Information Science subject and Information Science education.
