以馬克思主義政治經濟學社會再生產理論視角分析我國改革開放以來貧困和減貧的歷史變遷。以國家貧困線標準審視,改革開放以來,我國貧困及其減貧演變推進,實際上就可理解為從單一經濟收入貧困的簡單再生產,擴大到除了考慮經濟收入以外,還包括公共服務、社會福利、公民權利等多維綜合因素的擴大再生產視角。而立足國內減貧發展態勢,將貧困及減貧問題置於國際視野之下,從全球更大範圍思考及應對貧困難題,則是中國大國責任在減貧領域的重要體現。

Based upon the theory of social reproduction of the political economics of Marxism,this paper analyzes the historical changes of poverty problems and poverty alleviation since the reform and opening- up in China. According to the national poverty line,the historical changes of poverty problems and poverty alleviation since the reform in China mirrors the historical development from the simple reproduction measured only by economic income to the multi- reproduction measured by public services,social welfare,civil rights,and so on. Moreover,the solution of poverty problems should rely on the handling of national and international situations,which embodies the responsibility of China as a major power in the field of poverty alleviation.
