利用最近兩次人口普查資料,本文考察了少數民族人口流動的基本情況、主要特征及其變化,并進而討論了由此帶來的經濟社會影響。研究發現:少數民族流動人口規模日漸龐大,人口流動率已接近15%;人口流動不僅范圍在不斷擴大,流動時間也在不斷變長;流動人口以受教育程度相對較高的青壯年人口為主,因務工經商而流動的比例高,多從事生產和運輸設備操作及相關工作;流動范圍以省內為主,跨省流動人口主要來自廣西、貴州和湖南,始終有50%左右流向廣東和浙江。人口流動改變了我國少數民族人口的空間分布,對經濟發展和居民收入、城鎮化,以及農村社會也產生了不可忽視的正面或負面影響。
Based on the two recent aggregate data of the National Population Census,this paper analyzes the basic situations,major characteristics,changes of the population migration of the Ethnic Minorities and its socio-economic influences.Research findings include:the size of the population migration of the ethnic minorities becomes larger,and its rate is approximate 15%;the scope of population migration gets bigger,and its time longer;the main part of the migration population are well-educated young people for job or doing business with center on manufactures,transportation equipment operation and related sectors;the migration areas are mainly confined inside the local province,and transprovincial migration population mostly come from Guangxi,Guizhou and Hunan,and approximate 50% emigrate to Guangdong and Zhejiang.The population migration not only changes the population spatial distribution of the ethnic minorities,but also has positive and negative influences on economic development,resident income,urbanization,rural society and so on.
