人工智能是否對人類構成了威脅?目前學界存在著不同的觀點。筆者在此所做的具有針對性的工作是:(1)根據目前人們所談的人工智能威脅論的語義,對人工智能威脅論進行分類,澄清讓一些人真正憂慮和恐懼的究竟是哪一種類型的威脅。(2)基於潘克塞普(J.Panksepp)的心智考古學(archaeology of mind)以及馬圖拉納(H.Maturana)和瓦雷拉(F.Varela)的生物自創生(autopoiesis)理論所提供的生命發生(genesis)和演化的一般框架,我們的論證將表明,讓某些人真正憂慮和恐懼的人工智能的威脅事實上缺乏堅實的理論依據,也就是說這種憂慮和恐懼是對人工智能帶來威脅的擬人化的擴展造成的。
