近幾年內地網民在微博上有諸多關於香港、澳門話題的討論,這些討論蘊含著集體情緒記憶。整體看內地網民在討論港澳議題時,流露出的自豪感要高於負面情緒。網民對港澳的情緒在具體議題上呈現出一定差異,對香港在自豪感上的得分在"回歸"這一話題中顯著高於對澳門的得分,在"一國兩制"政策、港澳與內地關係、港澳與中央政府、港澳殖民地歷史等幾個主題中,對香港在自豪感上的得分低於對澳門的得分,正情緒總量的分值也低於澳門。在大多數情況下,在網民的討論中,對香港在負情緒總量、憤怒、焦慮、悲傷等負情緒上的得分都顯著高於對澳門的得分。在國家領土完整、主權獨立等議題中,香港和澳門已經成為一個統一的符號。值得關注的是,關於澳門話題的正情緒能顯著降低香港話題的負情緒,激發香港話題的正情緒,而港澳輿論場的負情緒則具有極強的傳染力。加強正情緒,消解負情緒,是今後網絡輿論引導的重要方面。

Based on the collective memory theory and emotional memory theory, this study collects mainland netizens’ online discussions about Hong Kong and Macau in Sina Weibo from January 2012 to April 2016, and analyses collective emotions contained in the content of Weibo by LIWC, a widely used software for sentiment analysis. The main findings go as following: mainland netizens show higher sense of pride than negative emotions when discussing the issue of Hong Kong and Macau. Hong Kong only scores higher in the emotion of pride when it comes to the topic of return, while in other topics such as the policy of "One country, two systems", the relationship with mainland, the history of colony, talking about "Hong Kong"causes morenegative emotion, more anger, anxiety and sadness. It shows that mainland people are more pessimistic about the future of Hong Kong than that of Macau. Although Macau gains more positive emotion in the online discussion, mainland people’s understanding about Macau remains on a superficial level. In nationalistic topics such as territorial integrity and the sovereignty of the nation, Hong Kong and Macau becomes a symbol of unity and the difference between them tends to be obscure. Time series analysis shows that the topics about Macau works as an engine of positive emotion because it reduces negative emotion about Hong Kong and increase positive emotion about Hong Kong, but negative emotion about two cities is contagious to each other.
