本文運用隨機前沿貿易引力模型,評估了文化距離對"一帶一路"沿線國家文化產品貿易效率的影響。分析顯示,文化距離對文化產品貿易效率的影響具有倒U型特征,即當文化距離較小時,文化距離對于雙邊文化產品貿易具有促進作用,但當文化距離高于某一門檻值后,文化距離又反過來會阻礙雙邊文化產品貿易。文化產品貿易效率還與進口國的產權保護、金融自由度、自貿協定、政府效率、信息化建設等政策性因素密切相關。中國與"一帶一路"沿線國家的文化產品貿易存在較大的潛力,而且出口績效在不同國家之間呈現出較大的不均衡性。

This paper employs the stochastic frontier gravity model to estimate the effects of cultural distance on the trade performance of cultural products in countries along the Belt and Road. The results show that cultural distance has an inverted U-shaped effect on the performance of cultural trade. Namely,when cultural distance is small,it is negatively related to the performance of cultural trade,however,when cultural distance is high enough,it is positively related to the performance of cultural trade. Moreover,the performance of cultural trade is also significantly influenced by some policy factors of host countries,such as intellectual property protection, financial interference, preferential trade agreements, government efficiency,informationization development. China has huge cultural export potential and very uneven export performance across countries along the Belt and Road;
