文章采用深度訪談與焦點小組討論收集30位進城祖輩信息尋求的數據,運用扎根理論研究進城祖輩信息尋求影響因素,歸納出24個范疇并聚焦為6個主范疇,由此構建進城隔代教養的祖輩信息尋求影響因素理論框架,以期提升進城祖輩信息尋求意識與能力,完善進城祖輩信息供給網絡與服務。

This paper aims at constructing the framework of factors influencing the information seeking behavior of grandparents who have moved to the cities and are taking care of their rural migrant families. In-depth interviews and focus group discussions are conducted for collecting data from 30 grandparent caregivers. The grounded theory is used to organize the data into 6 main and 24 sub-categories. The findings are useful for promoting the awareness and ability of grandparents in their information seeking processes, and improving the information networks and related services for them.
