Through a questionnaire survey of the scientific research staff in 23 pharmaceutical universities,this paper analyzes the barriers to the construction of pharmacy repository union,including less willingness to share resources,scarcity of high-demand resources,lukewarm support from the authorities,as well as the problems in technical support,laws and regulations,funding sources,talent pool,rights and obligations,resource organization and so on.The paper explores the solutions,such as strengthening scientific research data management,providing cross institutional authentication and authorization,large instrument sharing,key subjects for presentation,exchanging disciplinary services for academic resources,paid Q&A,and scientific research data identification.At the same time,it is proposed to seek the incentives actively,for example,increasing storage space and providing certificates for repository publishing.
