文章通過對23所藥學類院校科研人員的問卷調查,分析探討藥學學科知識庫聯盟構建的阻滯因素,包括缺乏合作導致共享意愿不高、高需求學科資源稀缺、主管部門支持不夠,以及技術支撐、法律法規、資金來源、人才緊缺、權責分配、資源組織等方面的問題。文章利用問卷與科研人員探討具體的解決辦法,如加強科研數據管理、跨機構認證與授權、大型儀器共享、重點學科展示、以學科服務換取學科資源、有償學科問答、科研數據標識等。文章積極尋求激勵因素,如增加存儲空間、提供首發證明等,為藥學學科知識庫聯盟構建提供切實可行的參考方案。

Through a questionnaire survey of the scientific research staff in 23 pharmaceutical universities,this paper analyzes the barriers to the construction of pharmacy repository union,including less willingness to share resources,scarcity of high-demand resources,lukewarm support from the authorities,as well as the problems in technical support,laws and regulations,funding sources,talent pool,rights and obligations,resource organization and so on.The paper explores the solutions,such as strengthening scientific research data management,providing cross institutional authentication and authorization,large instrument sharing,key subjects for presentation,exchanging disciplinary services for academic resources,paid Q&A,and scientific research data identification.At the same time,it is proposed to seek the incentives actively,for example,increasing storage space and providing certificates for repository publishing.
