經過實地前測,課題組連續三年考察了佛山市圖書館項目化管理實踐。參考組織環境中的項目組合管理模型、明茨伯格組織理論,結合圖書館實際,構建了由戰略、運作、項目和文化四個維度、五個層級的圖書館項目化管理成熟度模型,并以該館為對象進行了測評分析。

Based on the onsite pre-survey,the study group observed the project-based management in Foshan Library for 3 years. Using OPM3 and Henry Mintzberg’s organizational theory for reference,a maturity model of library project-based management is constructed, which have four dimensions, such as strategy, operate,project and culture,as well as five levels. Then,analysis is conducted on the maturity model of Foshan Library.
