The paper discusses an online academic integrity(AI) course developed by the Auckland University library and the Auckland University Writing Center that is aimed at reducing the academic plagiarism on campus. It introduces the development, cooperation mechanism, main contents and assessment of the course, and the training of professional librarians. It explores the key factors that make the course successful. Based on the experience of the Auckland University library,the paper proposes several suggestions and recommendations for the purpose of improving the AI course quality of university libraries.
