我國飲食文化博大精深,菜系各具特色,人們對菜系的偏好存在差異。通過豐富的在線評論數據挖掘菜系偏好,不僅能夠揭示人們飲食習慣的差異性,而且能夠揭示各菜系的傳播與發展情況。文章以美團網作為研究平臺,以北京地區的在線餐館評論作為研究對象,對菜肴及其相關屬性進行頻次統計、情感傾向計算,得到各菜系及其屬性的關注度與滿意度,以此反映用戶的菜系偏好及各菜系的傳播發展情況。研究表明:從文本情感分析的角度,利用在線評論數據,能在一定程度上揭示各地區用戶對不同菜系的偏好以及不同菜系在各地區的傳播發展情況。
Chinese food culture is profound,and people have different preferences on cuisines. Mining people’s preference of cuisines based on the data of online reviews, not only reveal the differences of people eating preferences,but also reveal the spread and development of the various cuisines. The authors studies the online reviews of Meituan website in Beijing area,and conduct frequency analysis and sentiment analysis of dishes and their attributes,thus obtaining their attention and satisfaction which reflect users’ preference and the spread and development of the cuisines. Research shows that online reviews to some extents reveal users’ preference and the spread and development of the cuisines from the perspective of text sentiment analysis.
