產業結構優化升級與城市化進程之間存在著交替演進和相互推動的關系,通過解析產業升級與城市增長的互動作用關系,構建分析框架和指標體系。采用格蘭杰(Granger)因果關系檢驗法,結果表明,城市規模擴大是產業發展升級的重要原因,城市質量的提升對其無顯著影響,產業發展升級對城鎮居民收入提高有較大促進作用,但是對城市化其他變量因素無顯著影響,進一步的方差分解分析也表明了相同或相似的結果,據此得出相應的結論與對策。

There has always been alternating evolution and mutual promotion between upgrading of industrial structure and urbanization process. Through analyzing the interaction relationship between industrial upgrading and urban growth, the analysis framework and index system are established. The Granger Causality Test is used to show that the expansion of urban scale is an important reason for the industrial upgrading and development, while the improvement of the urban quality has no significant effect on it. Industrial upgrading has a greater role in promoting the income of urban residents, but it has no significant influence on other variables of urbanization. Further variance?decomposition.analysis also shows the same or similar results. Accordingly the corresponding conclusions and policy are obtained.
