目前,在控制性詳細規劃編制和評審中,評估道路網的方法較為單一,難以把握道路網規劃的交通容量與地塊規劃對應的交通需求是否平衡。本文提出了對應的控規道路網"系統量化"評估方法,并以長沙老城區為案例,對控規道路網交通容量的供給、控規用地對應的交通需求以及兩者的供需關系和空間關系進行評估,提出優化建議,以期提高控規的科學性。

At present, in the compilation and evaluation of regulatory detailed planning(hereinafter referred to as the regulatory), evaluation method of road network is single, difficult to grasp the balance between the traffic capacity of the road network planning and the traffic demand of the corresponding land planning. This paper puts forward the evaluation method of road network planning of "systematic quantification," by taking the old city of Changsha as an example, evaluates the supply of traffic capacity of the road network planning and the traffic demand of the regulatory, and the relationship between the supply and demand, and the spatial relation, thus putting forward some suggestions to improve the scientifi city of regulatory control.
