通過對互聯網眾創空間內創業者(空間使用者)、管理者或經營者(空間提供者)的半結構化深入訪談以及實地觀察,指出移動信息技術快速發展帶來的市場機會以及政府的政策扶持推動該類眾創空間的萌芽。但眾創空間絕不僅僅是一個共享式辦公場所,更是構建風險資本與孕育創新氛圍的空間。這其中,"隱性知識"在創業者、管理者/經營者、風險資本投資人/公司的傳遞與交流,促進資本關系的建立與創新氛圍的營造,是集聚互聯網創業者的根本原因。最后,結合調研結論,從區位選擇的視角探討眾創空間的發展與規劃策略。
Based on the semi-structured indepth interviews and on-site observation of the key factors of maker space in Shanghai, including entrepreneurial groups(space users) and founders/managers(space provides), this paper points out that maker space is germinated by both the market opportunities brought by the rapid development of mobile information technology and the support of governmental policies. Focused on "internet plus" entrepreneurial projects, maker space is not only a place for working, but more importantly a place for building venture capital and a place for forming an innovative milieu. Specifically, the tacit knowledge of know-who and know-how is transferred and exchanged through day-to-day interactions among entrepreneurial groups, founders/managers, and venture capital firms/holders, facilitating the establishment of capital relations and the creation of innovative milieu, which is the primary cause for gathering Internet entrepreneurial groups. Lastly, based on the findings, the paper further discusses the development and planning strategies of maker space from the perspective of geographical location.
