在閱讀課堂提問中,教師對學生答題的反饋普通存在數量不足、方式刻板的問題,影響反饋效能的發揮。通過在香港4所中學的四年級(學生140名)中開展中文閱讀課堂提問-反饋的教學實驗,教師在參與工作坊、共同備課等活動并接受課堂改進建議后,課堂反饋有了顯著變化:在數量上,教師對每個提問的平均反饋頻次顯著增多。在方式上,"陳述"比例顯著減少而"繼續提問"顯著增加;"單一維度的反饋"(如"陳述")減少、"復合維度的反饋"(如"陳述+繼續提問"、"陳述+判斷+繼續提問")增多。這些變化有助于教師以反饋進一步推動學生深入思考。這也說明通過專業發展,教師的反饋數量與質量是可以提升的。
