To realize the dream of becoming a world-class country in skills,the UK has adopted cultivating high-skill talents in national development strategy,and innovated apprenticeship system gradually.In 2015,the UK set out a new reform that all the enterprises,public sectors and schools will be imposed apprenticeship levy.So the interests of the employers have to be matched with the apprenticeship by using the taxation lever,and to gain strength for the innovation that the enrollment of new apprentices will reach 3 million by 2020.The policies nailed down the goals of apprenticeship levy,and its objectives and targets,collection and management,using and supporting fund etc.Meanwhile,the reform reflects the characteristics of employer led,multiple inputs,oriented functions of financial fund and Omni bearing protection.
