以全國申報第一批中國歷史文化街區的申報材料數據為基礎,經數據整理、遴選構建了全樣本、小樣本兩類樣本庫,采用定量與定性相結合的研究方法進行分項分析,得出我國歷史文化街區以及公布的第一批中國歷史文化街區的總體保存狀況評估結論。基于評估結論,結合2011年名城大檢查的情況,提出了加強我國歷史文化街區保護的若干對策建議。

This paper is based on the data of application materials for Chinese Historic and Cultural Areas(first roll).Through data organization and selection,two sample databases are established(namely the overall sample database and the selected sample database).The authors analyzes each index through quantitative research method and qualitative research method,by which reviews are drawn for the overall conditions of historic and cultural areas,and the lately designated Chinese Historic and Cultural Areas(first roll).Based on data analysis and the overall survey of China’s historic cities in 2011,several policy suggestions are brought forward to improve the protection of historic areas in the future.
