政治信息影響政治行為的判斷選擇,新媒體技術完善和傳播平臺擴展,為政治信息傳播和學習提供新路徑,進而影響并顛覆傳統政治行為方式。新媒體的使用,無論是對政府部門還是對政治參與個體,都展現出不同的影響。如伴隨社區等機構信息公開水平提升,引起越來越多的民眾參與到基層政治事務的管理和監督之中。研究發現,"新媒體的使用""政治機會結構"開放程度都與政治參與具有相關性,但影響的程度較為有限。所以,理性而客觀認識互聯網技術及政治機會結構開放程度對中國公眾政治行為的影響,有助于為政策制定者提供貼近現實的決策依據,為將擴大有序政治參與納入國家治理現代化的框架之中奠定理論基礎。
Political information influences choices and judgments of political behaviors. Following the refinement of new information technology,a new approach to the dissemination and the learning of political information appears. This approach will overturn the traditional role of political participation. Based on the theory of political opportunity structure,this paper reveals differences made by new information technologies between government institutions and individuals in political participation. For example,more citizens participate in local political affairs with increasing public information of local governments. Although studies discovered that political participation is connected new information technology as well as an opening degree of political opportunity structure,its impact is still limited. Recognizing the influence of Internet technology and the openness degree of political opportunity structure reasonably and objectively would provide sound advice for decision-makers.
