【目的/意義】新型智庫戰略下充分發揮圖書情報機構"排頭兵"的咨詢決策、建言獻策作用,并為其自身的發展創新,自身的角色定位提供支撐。【方法/過程】以現有的智庫視角下圖書情報機構的研究為出發點,采用SWOT分析法對圖書情報機構內外部影響要素進行解析,并應用YAAHP構建新型智庫戰略下圖書情報機構的SWOT-AHP模型、評估模型、分析模型,從而尋求新型智庫戰略下圖書情報機構的服務重點。【結果/結論】研究認為新型智庫戰略下圖書情報機構的服務重點應以SO拓展性策略為重點即"新型智庫知識聯盟、知識定制服務、協同創新、雙軌并行"四個維度服務于新型智庫戰略建設、提供智庫服務。

【Purpose/significance】Under the strategy of new think tank,it will give full play to the advisory decisions of the"head soldiers"of the library and information institutions,offer suggestions and provide support for their own development,innovation and role orien tation.【Method/process】Taking the study of library and information institutions under the perspetvict of think tank a starting point,using the SWOT method to analyze the internal and external influencing factors of library and information institutions,and using YAAHP to build SWOT-AHP model,evaluation model and analysis model of library and information organization so as to seek a service key of Library and information organization under the new think tank perspective.【Result/conclusion】Studies suggest that the service focus of library and information organization model for strategic development should take the SO strategy as emphases,"new think tank knowledge alliance","knowledge customization","collaborative innovation" and parallel" should be used to service the new think tank construction and provide tank service.
