【目的/意義】社會網絡環境下,微博作為人們獲取社會信息的重要平臺,其信息質量至關重要。微博客中的信息質量參差不齊,建立微博信息質量評價標準體系有助于人們獲取有效信息。【方法/過程】本文從信源可信度與信息質量的雙路徑視角,構建微博信息質量評價指標體系,采用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法進行指標體系的驗證。【結果/結論】通過問卷調查和專家咨詢得出各項指標對微博信息質量的影響程度及總體模糊評價,為微博信息質量評價提供參考。
【Purpose/significance】Under the network environment of society, as an important platform for people to obtain social information, microblog’s information quality is essential, however, the information quality of microblog is uneven,the establishment of microblog information quality evaluation standard system can help people get effective information.【Method/process】In this paper, we build a proper evaluation index system from the dual-route perspective of source credibility and quality of information. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod to verify index system of the model.【Result/conclusion】The paper concludes the influence degree of each index onmicro-blog information quality and overall fuzzy evaluation via empirical questionnaire survey, and provides reference for the microblog information quality evaluation.
