【目的/意義】通過對國內外大數據背景下政府開放數據過程中出現的個人隱私現狀進行分析,明晰目前的隱私保護挑戰并歸納出合理的分析框架。【方法/過程】通過國內外的文獻分析,針對大數據、政府數據開放和隱私保護等關鍵詞研究當前熱點趨勢,并對重點模型進行深入邏輯分析。【結果/結論】在此基礎上,推導出一個先導性理論框架,關注數據實踐過程中利益、文化規范、隱私保護工具、技術和非政府實體參與等主體的關系,并針對這個模型提出下一步研究方向。
【Purpose/significance】This paper aimed to provide a comprehensive analysis framework through a deep-mindedanalysis of the current situation of personal privacy in the process of open government data at home and abroad.【Method/process】Based on the latest research result overview, it concluded on current research hot theme and new dynamics andproved more logical analysis on protection models.【Result/conclusion】 As a result, a preliminary analytical frameworkmodel was introduced to focus on interests, culture norm, tools, tech and non Gov entities involvement and provided moredirections on next steps.
