【目的/意義】為了反映系統動力學在信息管理領域的研究進展,重點對2000年以后,發表在國內外主流學術期刊上的論文做了系統性綜述。【方法/過程】分析了系統動力學的建模流程,從問題層面和模型特點兩個維度,構建了基于系統動力學的信息管理研究框架。分別從單一模型和混合模型的角度綜述了已有研究,并簡要點評了主流的系統動力學仿真軟件。【結果/結論】系統動力學對信息管理領域的問題具有廣泛的適用性,產生了一系列具有重要理論價值和應用前景的研究成果。未來的研究將從微觀、中觀和宏觀層面進一步擴展與深化。

【Purpose/significance】In order to reflect the research progress of system dynamics in information managementarea, we provide a literature review that primarily covers the papers published in mainstream academic journals since theyear 2000.【Method/process】Firstly, a framework of applying system dynamics to information management research is pre-sented by analyzing the system dynamics modeling process. This framework consists of two dimensions: the levels of re-search questions and model characteristics. Secondly, existing researches are systematically reviewed from the angle of sin-gle model and mixed model. Thirdly, popular system dynamics simulation softwares are introduced.【Result/conclusion】Applying system dynamics to information management research has wide applicability and also led to a series of researchfruits. Future research will be further expanded and deepened from varied levels.
