[目的/意義]隨著科學技術自身發展的日益完善,以及應用范圍的不斷擴展,國家科技安全已成為社會各領域的技術支撐,也是外部勢力控制、制約和破壞的重點對象,科技在國家安全中的地位和作用日益重要,并已經成為影響國家安全的重要因素之一。[方法/過程]文章闡述國家科技安全的需求背景,科技安全的定義和內涵,國家科技安全視角下的情報研究所涉及的重要概念對象和關系。[結果/結論]提出面向國家科技安全的科技情報研究主要內容、模型及技術路線,并介紹了相關研究工作和結果,為構建服務于國家科技安全的情報研究系統建設奠定了基礎。

[Purpose/significance] With the increasing improvement of science and technology development and the expansion of its application scope,national science and technology security has become the technical support in all areas of society,as well as the focus of control,restriction and destruction of outside forces. The role of science and technology in national security is increasingly important,becoming one of the important factors to affect national security. [Method/process] This paper describes the demand background of the national science and technology security,definition and connotation of science and technology security,and expounds the important conceptions of object and relations from the perspective of national science and technology security.[Result/conclusion] It puts forward the main contents,model and technical route of scientific and technological information research serving for national science and technology security. It also introduces the relevant research work and results,which lay a foundation for constructing information research system serving for national science and technology security.
