Based on PC edition of WeChat public platform,a robot program,without the support of the 3rd party server or advanced interface of WeChat, is designed to send full texts of electronic resources to users when receiving a message from them via WeChat. The result shows that the robot is of easy programming,easy use,definite function and low operating costs,with which the utilization ratio of library electronic resources can be improved and the library marketing can be enriched.
