基于對國外圖書館收藏獨立音樂經驗以及我國獨立音樂發展趨勢的分析,結合對我國獨立音樂領域局內人的訪談,討論圖書館構建獨立音樂館藏的重要性,分析我國圖書館建設獨立音樂館藏的策略。獨立音樂館藏建設是音樂館藏的重要組成部分,是對藝術家音樂創作的賦權和支持。建議我國圖書館進行以數字資源為主的獨立音樂館藏建設,通過館藏資源利用構建圖書館藝術文化氛圍。

This paper provides the theoretical basis and reference strategy for libraries building independent music collections. This paper studies the experience of independent music in foreign libraries, and analyzes the development trend of independent music in China. Chinese independent musicians have also been interviewed. The research illustrates the importance of construction of independent music libraries, and sums up the suitable strategy for construction of independent music library collection. Independent music collection is an important part of music libraries. The collection can provide empowerment and support to music artists in their creation. The author suggests libraries to build digital resource-based independent music collections for instilling an atmosphere of art and culture.
