[目的/意義]大數據時代網絡輿情呈現出新的特點,傳統的輿情信息管理方法已經遠遠不能滿足現實需求,必須開拓思路研究更為科學的網絡輿情知識組織方法。[方法/過程]在分析網絡輿情信息組織技術基礎上,給出網絡輿情知識圖譜的結構化定義,分析網絡輿情管理活動的知識需求,闡述網絡輿情知識圖譜的構建方法,提出了基于知識圖譜的網絡輿情知識組織架構。[結果/結論]實證研究表明,提出的方法可以提供更為精確化的管理能力,從而能夠高效地發現輿情熱點事件,為網絡輿情的引導提供決策支持。

[Purpose/significance] In the new era,the network public opinion presents new characteristics. The traditional public opinion information management method has been far from meeting the actual needs. Therefore,it is necessary to develop a more scientific method to study the knowledge organizing of network public opinion. [Method/process] Based on the analysis of network public opinion information organizing technology,this paper defines the network public opinion knowledge map structuralization,analyzes the knowledge demand of network public opinion management activities,elaborates the construction method of network public opinion knowledge map,and proposes a knowledge organizing structure for network public opinion based on knowledge map. [Result/conclusion] The experiment shows that the proposed method can provide more precise management capabilities,so that it can efficiently detect public hotspots and offer decision support for network public opinion guidance.
