This paper analyzes the related infiltration status of Information Science research and Computer Science research in China based on the citation data in CNKI,and explores some of the reasons that affect the status of Information Science.Based on this,the paper proposes some suggestions for resolving the development crisis of Information Science,including guiding the selection of manuscripts and research topics based on research fronts,developing information technology based on national intelligence needs,and carrying out interdisciplinary research dominated by the discipline of Information Science.
