隨著韓國走向多元文化社會之勢漸強,如何整合、包容外國人及移民問題將成為韓國社會今后的一個重要課題。本文以韓國政府的外國人政策及其社會整合政策為主題,概述外國人渡韓及其韓國相關政策的制定,分析韓國移民政策現狀與社會整合問題,探討韓國社會與外來移民者共享美好生活的對策。

With the growing trend of becoming a multicultural society,South Korea will face the important issue of integrating and including foreigners and immigrants into its society in the near future. Based on the policies on foreigners and on social integration by the Korean government,this article summarizes the processes of foreigners crossing Korea and how the Korean government makes related policies. It also analyzes the status of Korea’s immigration policies and immigrant social integration issues and explores some countermeasures on how to share a better life for both the Korean society and its immigrants.
