[目的/意義]針對目前學術論文評價指標數據的問題,深入研究指標數據的動態性、持續性特征及其規律,將有助于更合理的評價學術論文。[方法/過程]文章以2016年"Plos One"期刊且近一年有Altmetrics提及次數的學術論文為研究對象,提出了學術論文階段重要性指標和學術論文階段持續性指標,并對Altmetrics數據特征、學術論文階段重要性和學術論文階段持續性進行了分析。[結果/結論]研究發現:Altmetrics數據不僅具有動態性特征還具有穩定性特征,這為基于Altmetrics數據動態評價學術論文提供了基礎;對大部分學術論文而言,其社交活躍期相對較早,少部分學術論文,社交活躍期相對較晚;大部分學術論文階段持續性較短,少部分學術論文的階段持續性較長。此外,本研究對上述現象的成因進行了分析。 

[Purpose/Significance]In view of the current academic paper evaluation index data,in-depth study of the dynamic,continuous characteristics and regularity of the indicator data will help to more rational evaluation of academic papers.[Method/Process]This paper is based on academic papers published in the Journal Plos One in 2016 and mentioned by Altmetrics in the past year,then proposes two indexes,including the importance index of academic papers and the continuous index of academic papers,and finally,the paper analyzes the characteristics of Altmetrics data,the important and continuous stage of academic papers.[Result/Conclusion]The paper finds that Altmetrics data not only has dynamic characteristics but also stability characteristics,which provides a basis for dynamic evaluation of academic papers based on Altmetrics data;for most academic papers,the social active period is relatively early;for a small number of academic papers,the social active period is relatively late;most academic papers have a short duration,and a small number of academic papers last longer.In addition,this study analyzed the causes of the above phenomena.
