緘默知識在情報研究工作中發揮著十分重要的作用。文章從緘默知識的角度研究了情報人才培養問題。通過分析情報研究過程、情報人才所應具備的能力,探索了緘默知識與情報研究的關系,闡述了緘默知識對情報人才培養的重要性,提出了情報人才培養的新模式。

Tacit knowledge is very important for intelligence analysis.This paper studies the training of intelligence analysts from the perspective of tacit knowledge.By analyzing the process of intelligence analysis and the abilities for intelligence analysts,this paper explores the relationship between tacit knowledge and intelligence analysts,expounds the importance of tacit knowledge to the training of intelligence analysts,and puts forward a new model for the training of intelligence analysts.
