[目的/意義]隨著信息社會的發展,科技情報感知技術在新時代國家科技情報治理工作中扮演著越來越重要的角色,如何準確、高效、智能地進行情報工作是當前亟待解決的關鍵議題。[方法/過程]人工智能技術在21世紀初期掀起了技術革命的浪潮,并迅速滲透到生產、生活的方方面面,基于此文章在吸收借鑒傳統情報感知技術的研究方法下,提出了基于人工智能的科技情報需求自動感知研究方法,并分模塊提出了實現方案。[結果/結論]21世紀的科技情報感知工作需要適應瞬時變化的信息時代,也需要趕上科學技術發展的腳步,逐步實現科技情報工作的高效化、智能化、智慧化,因此基于人工智能的科技情報需求自動感知過程在未來會成為科技情報工作發展的潮流。
[Purpose/significance]With the development of the information society,science and technology information sensing technology plays an increasingly important role in the scientific and technological information governance of the new era.How to carry out intelligence work accurately,efficiently and intelligently is the key to be solved urgently issue.[Method/process]Artificial intelligence technology set off a wave of technological revolution in the early 21 st century and quickly penetrated into all aspects of production and life.Based on this research method,which draws on traditional intelligence-aware technology,it proposes artificial intelligence-based,the research method of automatic sensing of scientific and technological information needs,and the implementation scheme is proposed by sub-module.[Result/conclusion]The scientific and technological information perception work in the 21 st century needs to adapt to the information age of instantaneous changes.It also needs to catch up with the development of science and technology and gradually realize the high efficiency,intelligence and wisdom of scientific and technological intelligence work.In short,based on The automatic perception process of artificial intelligence information needs will become the trend of scientific and technological information development in the future.
