【目的/意義】隨著國際競爭愈演愈烈,科技的發展與應用導致不同國家綜合國力之間的差異。科技安全成為國家間進行博弈的重要內容,維護科技安全任重而道遠。【方法/過程】基于對我國現有相關科技安全研究的概述,本文從情報感知的角度探尋維護科技安全發展路徑的可行性;將OODA循環引入情報感知,并解讀了OODA循環與情報感知工作兩者的共性以及OODA循環對情報感知的補充性;【結果/結論】在OODA擴展循環思維模式下,本文概括了維護科技安全的情報感知要件,進而提出了通過情報感知保障科技安全的可行路徑。

【Purpose/significance】With the intensification of international competition, the development and application of science and technology has led to differences in the overall national strength of different countries. S&T security has become an important part of the game between countries, and it takes a long way to maintain science and technology security.【Method/Process】Based on an overview of China’s existing research on related science and technology security, this paperanalyzes the feasibility of exploring the path of security and development for S&T. It introduces the OODA loop into the information awareness and interprets their commonality and the complementarity of OODA loop to information awareness.【Result/Conclusion】It summarizes the elements of information awareness to maintain S&T security, and then proposes the available path to maintain S&T security.
