【目的/意義】通過探究信息視角下共享服務平臺消費者信息采納行為的影響因素,為共享經濟背景下消費信息行為研究提供新視角,并在實踐層面為共享服務平臺信息質量管理和提升起到一定的指導作用。【方法/過程】首先基于已有的文獻構建消費者信息采納行為影響因素研究模型,然后采用問卷調查法,搜集225份有效樣本數據,利用偏最小二乘結構方程建模方法(PLS-SEM)對數據進行分析。【結果/結論】研究結果表明平臺信息質量、平臺可信度和個體特征都顯著正向影響消費者的認知反應,且平臺信息質量的影響大于平臺可信度的影響,認知反應進一步顯著正向影響共享服務平臺用戶信息采納行為。
【Purpose/significance】By exploring the factors that influence the users’ information adoption behavior on shared services platform from the perspective of information, this paper provides a new perspective for the research of sharingeconomy, and provides guidelines for the development and information quality management of shared services platform.【Method/process】According to prior literature, the research model exploring impacting factors of shared services platform informationadoption were developed.Then a questionnaire survey was conducted and 225 valid data were collected. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM) was used to conduct data analysis.【Result/conclusion】From the results, platform information quality and platform source credibility have significant and positive impacts on users’ cognitive response, with the impact of platform quality being larger than that of platform credibility.Furthermore,cognitive response positively impact users’ information adoption.
