【目的/意義】人工智能和大數據時代對信息人才的需求發生了根本性變化,信息人才的培養和訓練是應對人工智能發展的關鍵。培養適應人工智能和大數據的應用型信息人才,在提升個人、企業和政府等競爭力的同時,也成為實現人工智能和大數據發展帶動經濟增長的持續動力。【方法/過程】以人工智能和大數據時代的發展特征和趨勢為出發點,分別從供給和需求角度分析現階段信息人才培養的現狀,提出信息人才培養的模式、路徑及對策。【結果/結論】人工智能和大數據時代信息人才的培養,要注重理論與實踐互動的培養模式,建立產、學、研、政四位一體的聯動培養機制,優化相關知識結構,完善能力培養體系,以更好地應對人工智能和大數據發展帶來的問題和挑戰。
【Purpose/significance】The demand for information talents in the era of artificial intelligence and big data has undergone fundamental changes. The cultivation and training of information talents is the key to the development of artificial intelligence. Cultivating application-oriented talents that adapt to artificial intelligence and big data not only enhances the competitiveness of individuals, enterprises and governments, but also becomes a continuous driving force for economic development through the growth of artificial intelligence and big data.【Method/process】Taking the characteristics and trends of artificial intelligence and big data development as the starting point, this paper analyzes the current status of information talent training from the perspective of supply and demand, and proposes the mode, path and countermeasure of information talents training.【Result/conclusion】The cultivation of information talents in the era of artificial intelligence and big data should focus on the interaction between theory and practice, establish a four-in-one linkage training mechanism for enterprises, schools, research institutions, and governments, optimize relevant knowledge structures and improve the ability training system to better cope with the problems and challenges brought by artificial intelligence and big data development.
