《大唐創業起居注》是現存唯一的一部唐代起居注,保留李淵起兵建唐完整過程,具有重要的史料價值。學界一般認為,現今所見的《大唐創業起居注》即是溫大雅完成于武德五年(622)至九年(626)期間的版本。本文認為,現今所留存的《大唐創業起居注》并不是原始的版本。此外,從《大唐創業起居注》的內容分析,本書完成時間,推斷當在武德五年。

DATANG CHUANGYE QIJUZHU is the only one Court Diaries of the Tang Dynasty, which records the process of founding the Tang. In generally, it is believed that its present edition was completed between 622-626 AD. However, the present edition is not original, the time of completion of this book should be in 622 AD.
