近年來,電視問政節目在各地頻出,作為媒介化治理的創新,構成了地方治理中一種獨有的政治景象。電視問政如何體現為治理的實踐?"媒介邏輯"如何與政治邏輯相互交織,參與我國的地方治理過程,且由此滲入我國的公共生活?以電視問政為表現形式的媒介化治理在我國政治文化環境下的展開蘊涵了怎樣的可能和局限?圍繞這幾個主要問題,在"媒介化"理論視角的框架內,該研究通過內容分析、訪談和對節目案例的分析,經驗地對比"監督類"和"議政類"兩種類型的電視問政節目,結合"媒介邏輯"在中國語境下的特定形式與實踐,就媒介化治理的意義和限度展開理論層面的討論。

Television wenzheng shows have been emerging across China in recent years.. They constitute an innovative form of mediatized governance and have become a unique yet integral part of local governanceHow does TV wenzheng embody the practices of governance? How does the logic of media intertwine with the political logic to participate in the process of local governance thus permeate in our public life? What are the potentials and limitations of TV wenzheng as a governing instrument? Taking the theoretical perspective of mediatization,this paper compares two types of TV wenzheng shows,inspection( jiandu) and discussion( yizheng),by analyzing evidence with mixed methods,including content analysis,in-depth interviews,and case studies. Built upon the forms and practices of media logic in the China context,this paper discusses the theoretical potentials and limitations of mediatized governance.
