少數民族文化是廣大民族群眾在長期的生產勞作的過程中,集體創造的物質與精神財富,是彰顯民族特點的重要標志。各個少數民族在都擁有傳承本民族文化的基本權利。少數民族文化權利是一個民族對其文化享有保持、傳承與發展的權利,是表征民族生存的主要內容,也是法律保障的范疇。但是,伴隨西方強勢文化、外來文化的沖擊,少數民族文化面臨諸多挑戰。因此,探索從法律層面構建少數民族文化權利保障機制,有助于實現少數民族文化可持續發展。

Ethnic culture is the majority of the people in the long-term production of labor process, the collective creation of the material and spiritual wealth,is an important symbol of national characteristics. All ethnic groups have the basic right to inherit the national culture. The minority cultural rights are the right to maintain,inherit and develop the culture of a nation,which is the main content of the representation of the survival of the nation,and also the category of legal protection. However, with the impact of western culture and foreign culture, the minority culture is facing many challenges. Therefore, it is helpful to realize the sustainable development of minority culture to explore the protection mechanism of minority cultural rights from the legal aspect.
