在少數民族地區產業轉型的進程中,就業問題大致展現為四大基本矛盾:少數民族勞動者數量增長較快與教育水平較低的矛盾,虛置的崗位與擁擠的求職同時存在的矛盾、高素質勞動者向城鎮流動與低素質勞動者留守農村的矛盾、農民工向中西部回流與民族地區勞動力過剩的矛盾。應從教育、經濟民族化、注重第一產業改造、優先發展第三產業等四大方向切入以系統性創造就業機會。

The employment problem ge nerally show for four basic contradictions in the process of industrial transformation in the minority areas.These are the contradiction of the number of ethnic laborer’s fast growth and the lower level of education,the contradiction of empty position and the crowded job hunting,the contradiction of high-quality workers to urban and low quality of workers left rural,the contradiction of migrant workers flow to the midwest and the surplus labour in the ethnic minority areas. Therefore employment opportunities should be created relying on the education,economic nationalism,the transformation of the first industry,and priority to the development of the third industries.
