少數民族的原生態音樂既是少數民族文化傳播的載體,也因其獨特的音樂形式,在音樂、歷史、人類學、商業開發等領域都具有一定的價值。而目前我國少數民族音樂的保護現狀不容樂觀,本文建議采取動態和靜態兩種保護方法,動態的保護措施主要是讓更多的人接觸少數民族原生態音樂,包括建立相應的學科體系,讓少數民族音樂能夠登入高等音樂學府,進入中小學的音樂課程,加強對音樂傳承人的保護等方式。在靜態保護方面,可以通過加強法律法規建設,完善相應的規章制度,并且加強學術研究和相應的數據資源庫建設等措施來進行保護。
The carrier of ethnic minority culture is not only the original music dissemination,but also because of its unique form of music, has a certain value in music, history, anthropology and other academic research, also has commercial development and economic value. At present,the status quo of the protection of minority music in China is not optimistic,this paper suggests two kinds of dynamic and static protection method,dynamic protection measures mainly is to allow more people to contact the original music of ethnic minorities, including the establishment of the corresponding disciplinary system,so that the minority music can access higher music institutions into primary and secondary school music curriculum,strengthen the music heritage protection mode. In the static protection,we can strengthen the construction of laws and regulations,improve the corresponding rules and regulations,and strengthen the construction of academic research and the corresponding data resource library to protect.
