民族傳統文化是民族智慧的結晶,其蘊含的文化精髓對當前民族地區基層社會治理具有重要的借鑒意義。深入挖掘苗族民間故事中的治理觀念,將其所蘊含的善惡觀如何與基層社會治理理念、主體、方式和結果相結合進行研究,探索有效降低基層社會治理成本、提高治理效果、推動治理現代化的新視野和新途徑。

National traditional culture is the crystallization of national wisdom,its implication of cultural essence of the current grass-roots social governance has important reference significance. This paper studies and explores new approaches of decreasing social governance at grass-roots level,combining the concepts of good and evil included in folk tales of Miao nationality with the wisdom,subjects,ways and results of social governance, in order to improve governance effect and promote modernization of governance effectively.
